I really learned sth after attending a lecture on TEM-4,OMG,it's really not a easy job to do!! but don't worry,we'll find a way out...... ^^
There's no doubt that it demands great proficiency in english, therefore, we usually tend to pour almost all of our time and energy to those ability-training exercises, but few of us finally got a satisfactory score as we expected, which later turns out that we've left out a very important point:the examination-oriented skills, the priciple of which is to get as much as score as we can,and here are some tips for it:
On one hand,we should perish the thought that the more exercise we do,the higher score we'll get if we're aimless, instead,we have to at first find out where out weakness is and try to improve it intensively and planly. on the other hand,we have to pay more attention on our writing and vocabulary in order to get a good mark in dictation part, for instance, the capital form, the punctuation, etc. then,we should sometimes learn to give up when necessary in case that we lose the whole scores.
Vocabularies also play an important role in reading comprehension,we can expand our vocabularies by reading more, not just by memorising vocabulary books, for we can remember words better in texts,we can memorise it whenever we are vacant.
In addition,we can listen more to voa&bbc,or some other extensive listening materials,it will really help you, believe me!
I guesss it's not necessary for me to give any advice on writing.:)
Wish you all success!!
