Since China became one of the members of WTO, many large multi-nation companies have established their bases in China, one reason is China is enjoying  comparing low labor cost; on the other hand they wish to share part of this huge market with their advantages of new design, better quality and more competitive prices. Here I would like to share my experience regarding to these enterprises, and hope they would be useful for you to apply for the jobs:

1．  Salary & Welfare: normally the salary is comparing higher, and can be increased every year if the performance of the staff is being satisfied; regarding to the bonus, if the annual profit is good, usually the staff would have 1-2 month extra salary at the end of year, but each company is different.  Besides, after the probation period (when the staff becomes the official employee), he/she should enjoy the medical insurance, social security for the future pension and unemployment compensation.

2．  Basic Requirement: most of these companies required their staff  have received good education in the universities, having good knowledge for the applying jobs; and it would be benefit if the applicant has the experience in their previous jobs, but it is necessary to explain the reason of  leaving  and the amount of the salary in the previous company.

3．  Interview：Confidence is very important, during the interview you should try to let them believe you are a trust-worth person; besides, need to concern well the personal image and  the handwriting. If you need to speak English, try to understand well what they say before replying.  Besides, being polite,  hand shaking is not recommended unless they do.

4．  Preparation：before the interview, you should first check the status and introduction of the company you wish to apply on the web, and you should know what type of business they are engaging, the major market status and the structure of the management.

5．  Language & Computer Skill：for these large enterprises, most of them request their staff to communicate via email, so you should write English fluently, and also can speak well and express your meaning clearly. Besides, need to learn the basic computer skills such as word, excel, drawing and so on.

6.       Something Important: once you become the staff, something need to pay attention:  timing is very important, unless special cases, you should never be late; if you wish to take a leave, then you should apply in advance; never ask the salary of your colleagues; each company would greatly concern their competitors, so should not tell others about those confidential matters such as new technology, projects under going, and the cost of products.
