Two weeks earlier, I join an interview of a top 500 company.

    Firstly, the interviewer ask a question and requires us to answer the question, the first one to answer the question is a shy girl, she firstly answered the question in Chinese, but the interviewers said that they only accept the answer of English, the girl is so nervous that she can only speak the sentence just as "I ...I think ...I consider...". When it turns to me, I find that I become someone who can only use the most sample English,  although I calm myself down, and speak as fluently as I can. But still, there are some grammar mistake. 

     Then,the interviewer divide us( the total of us is 8) into two groups. And ask us to PK in English. He gave us a topic to discuss, and require each group to get a main idea to solve the problem of the topic. I find most of my group members' oral English is so good,  a girl of  our group can talk in English by what she is thinking. After the discussion, we have to find mistake and ask questions to the other group. My idea is so good, but my oral English level is not so good enough which make me fail in the interview at last.

    Sometimes, I just feel so confused, why my oral English can be so bad, I have ever find someone to talk with me in English through the Internet, but that seems useless, the first time we talk about our personal information such as where we comes from, what we like to eat, but as we talk about three times more, we can find no topics to talk, and since both of us's level is only cet6, sometimes we just can not talk about some difficult topics in English, for example when we want to talk about the NBA we can not speak out the name of some NBA team, when we want to talk about movie or cartoon we just forget the English name of them. I am so confused, I want to improve my oral English but I always feel disappointed. Now I know, finding an oral English parner is so hard, because both of us should alway s  can have a topic. So firstly has great ambition and want a long term relationship. And what's more, because both of us is not really good at English, so in order to improve both of us should prepare for it before we talk. For example, when we want to talk with a topic of movie, we should first search the Internet and remember the name of it, and retell it for two or three times before we talk.

  Who can tell me, where can I get a parner of that kind, how can I improve my Oral English as soon as I can. I feel really confused about it !
