A colleague will leave soon

Yesterday, our company calculate the floating population, all of them have to take a photo outside to make the certificate, except the local population. Of course, I am the local people, so I continue to do my own things.
However, I find one of my colleague who come from other place still sit on her seat. Then I go forward to her and get the answer. She tell me that she will leave company next month, and she have send the resignation to boss, so she no need to make the certificate. I am shocked and really feel sad to hear that, as we two always play together, but I did not hear any news from her before. I told her my surprise and unhappy, as she did not take me as her good friend. She tell me that she happen to make this decision last week, and still not inform me in time till now. She want to leave not for any special reasons, just for she want to give herself a new and challenge environment to fulfill her life.
What I can do, though I am not willing to let her go, as I don't hope my friend depart from me one by one, I still have to send my best wishes to her. That's her choice, only I should do is to support and bless her, hope she will have a better life in future, good luck to her!

However, it is important to keep in touch and in today's world, it is quite easy, though one may be miles apart. If you are true friends, you never depart from each other!!

- I felt the same..when I left china leaving many friends back...and thinking that I may never meet them again in my life..only carry wonderful memories..however today's internet world makes things bearable..
