Most of them have more sex knowledge than you think they do. And the environment is something which couldn’t be changed much, but what we can change is the children’s attitude towards sex. Giving their condom is not to encourage them to do this, but to let them know the importance of responsible behavior when it comes to sexual activity. Say, we promote the life-saving methods but we don’t mean to stimulate suicides. It’s all about education. And to me, there should be no divergent ideas that children will benefit from the condom-distribution policy both physically and mentally.

In the time like this, there is no shame to talk about sex, if we look at it with a positive and right attitude. And when coming to be honest with the children about the safe sex, the fuss seems to overstate the whole things, as long as it really focuses on the education.
