How to be a good employee? What is important for your performance is not how you are ,but how you look like!
I have read a book,"the evolution of office animals". In this office tale, every kind of employee was named by a kind of animal, such as monkey, cow and donkey etc.
I thought it was a great book, no like those "success knowledge book", which are sponsored by employers, and aimed to brainwashing their staffs patiently. This book was wrote based on a employee`s view.
Principle 1: Your boss is your enemy, and do not believe those lies such as "win-win in the office." If you got more, your boss will get less. If the boss gave you something, he was anticipating to be returned several times.
Pinciple 2: There are some jobs you should not touch even. In every office ,there are some "mud job". That means if you engaged in them ,you will be trapped forever, and be eaten by them. There are always some colleagues in office: they work very hard, always work overtime very late, but they never be praised and often got the lowest rating and compensation. All above was due to that they are doing some "mud jobs". It is impossible to complete these jobs well ,but the boss never thinks it as his fault. As a staff ,what we should do is to leave the mud as soon as possible.
