In 2008,limiting the use disposable plastic bags had been brought to hot attention in China.But nowadays we could still find the excessive use of disposable plastic bags.
     Plastic is one of most useful inventions in 20th century,but it is also the worst invention.It takes mang years for plastic bags to be deteriorated,which causes water pollution.What's more,many plastic bags contain chemical that beyond the standard,so it is harmful to public health.
     Today we must pay for plastic bags in most of supermarkets,but many peopel doesn't care about the money.Furthermore,plastic bags is free in some street vendor's stall.Consequently,we can see many abandoned plastic bags.
     I think the citizens' awareness of protect evironment still should be improved.It will be good if there are some laws to punish the action of abusing plastic bags.Last but not the least,it is everyboby's responsibility to limit the use of disposable plastic bags.
