  Why is 35’s line? Because from a person’s work start stepped out from campus, most students about 23-25 years old, after 10 years, till 35 certainly. In a word, contribute to those youngers who have worked for few or some or many years but still havn’t been promoted while his/her work is always excellent and still keep their strong promoting will till after 10 years in their different work duty and job fields.

  Actually strictly speaking, my duty should be finance in stead of hr, because I’m a hr in a national bank. Every year, groups of college students come into our bank, start their first step in a lowest position with the simple repeating boring work—deal with each deposit or withdraw business in the small window. Some students are very serious at beginning, but feel boring after 1-2years. They hold their sweet dreams and ideals,but found so boring things to do everyday, feel upset unhappy. Some spoke to me: I wanna change another position, can’t bear the boring simple business any more. Even some asked me more directly: When can I be promoted on earth with such upset work? …..heheeeee, how lovely!

  I understand their mood fully,because they are my past shade. But as a job angle, I must view them with a professional eyes and choose the better to recommend be promoted. Having an eager mood and basic job skills is not enough to promote. You must prepare more comprehensive ability to power your future promotion. At least follows is need:

  First, prepare enough strong and better job skills for your future career, including your professional knowledge and skills.This is the base of all promotion. Why boss let you do the most simple and low business, just consider let you do from each most basic tiny conner. No a good professional ability, difficult to be promoted. This is called your expert ability.

  Second, have a good expressional power, or a speaking ability. Many people especially some introverted persons think only doing well is ok. Not exactly actually.Well speaking is a kind of necessary ability whether to your colleagues or to your leader. So-called improve your emotional intelligence. Doing well is good certainly, correct saying just facilitates your good doing, certainly the necessary . precondition is your saying is not a empty vase. Learn to express yourself at the correct time or occasions. Let your colleagues or leader have a full correct active impression. Channel your promotion path through your correct speaking and well doing.This is called your communicating or expressional ability.

  Third, you must be loyal to your work or company. No any boss is willing to hand his important duty or key position to a disloyal clerk. Though at the beginning, work is so hard boring, but you should believe doing any simple thing to a perfect level is not a easy thing, so use your wise brain to do any work details, find and solve the tiny reformation points, maybe your huge ability just hide into these little things. This maybe is called moral quality ability.

  Last, your attitude is another aspect which can’t be ignored. Attitude is more important in many fields not only in work actually. In some extent, your attitude decide what you have owned and what you will own. What’s your attitude to yourself’s promotion? None business? Must be done? No matter? Impossible? Only eager? ..... Have a correct judge to your heart firstly, then follow it to do your next step. Usually, the more your career satisfaction feeling, the weak your promotional will, the smaller your promotional possibility (职业满足感越多，晋升意愿越弱，晋升可能性越小). To a younger under 35 years old, it should be normal and better to keep some lack satisfaction than keep a full satisfaction to your current career position. If you exceed 35 even more high,what an attitude, seems not so important, because long time work at a same position has been formed your deep career habit, you have enjoyed it well, maybe wouldn’t change more.

  In fact, usually speaking, any promoted position is a higher position which demands more high strong ability to power your charging work, more work pressure too. But most of clerks wanna challenge themselves and carry more responsibility. Actually career promotion is any clerk’s normal desire. Try to think, in our lifetime, how many golden years spend on our work position? What for we work hard year by year? Not only money itself, not only promotion itself too, gaining a career achievements and career happiness (职业成就感和职业幸福感)maybe is our final pursuit and real enjoying.
