how to learn English well ?

I have ever heard a thread just about this question ,so I am afraid that I will copy some of your ideas .I hope you don't mind it 。
1 realising the importance of the five aspects of english .
2 written english and oral english are equally important.
Oral English is not negligible,it is an communication tool so that we are supposed to apply it, to express your emotions, ideas and opinions, etc. And for written English, which is also significant. It helps when you need to express your feeling to yourself or share your happiness and sorrow to others by writing sth.
3 a good basis is essential..
(about remembering words)
1. Link new words to other words or situations you already know.
2. think the english words in your daily life whatever and wherever.

3. repeat and repeat .
(about to be a good spesker）
1 to listen,such as , BBC news , VOA special English , CRI , and watching movies as much as you can .
2 do more wholesome readings.
3 open your mouth , speaking to people around you , chatting online , and retelling stories with your own words as well as concluding the main idea of an article .
4 be prepared, know what you want to say.
5 use humor
6 to kick off stage fright.
7 to stand one step higher above the trivial stuff and look directly into the very meaning and value of public speaking itself.
8 write more is to practise your logic and improve your expression
maybe these ways u have already known,or maybe not.but i belive make a conclusion is no harm to you,u think about it again,either.
