How to manage your time.

I am a junior student. When I walk in my campus, I often hear some students complain that they don’t have enough time to do what they want to do. This remains me a lot of things. When I am a freshman. I also complained that the teacher gave us so such homework that we didn’t have time to develop our own hobbies. But when I came to a new class. The teacher told us many ways to solve this problem. So I will tell you my experiences and advices.

Many students say they don’t have enough time. But in my opinion, that opinion is wrong. As a Chinese famous writer once said:”Time is like the water in sponge, if we press it, it always has”. The most important things we must know is that when we are complaining we have less time, we should use a good ways to manage the time that we already have to be effective. So I will tell you some ways to manage your time effective.

Firstly, as a student, every day we have a lot of things to do. Such as the teachers’ homework, take part in some actives; prepare a speech and so on. What we will do first is to classify the things. Because as we all know, Everythings is differenct, so as the deadline. All the things can be classified to four kinds. The first kind is important and exigency; the second kind is important but not exigency. The third kind is not important but exigency. The fourth kind is not important and not exigency.

Secondly, when we have classified this things. Then we need to make a thorough plan. In this plan the important and exigency things we should do first. Then we should do the important but not exigency things. Then we should do the exigency but not important things. Some students will ask why the important but not exigency should be do before the exigency but not important things. Because the exigency but not important things is a result of the important but not exigency things. If we don’t do the important but not exigency things good. There will produce many exigency but not important things. So we should do the important but not exigency things first. And then the last we will do is the not important and not exigency things. When the plan is done. We should make sure that we have a free time in the plan. Because the plan can’t catch the changes. There are many emergency issues in our daily life. It may break our plan so we should leave some free time to deal with them.

What’s more. Only make a plan is not enough. In fact many students have already made a plan. But they never do as they plan. So when we have made a plan. We can give our plan to our teacher or our classmates. We can ask them to monitor us. If we don’t do the things we have plan. They can remind us.

Last but not at least, when all things are o.k. should make some encouragement and publishment.When we do the things we plan very well. We can give some reward to ourselves. Such as go to the cinema to see a movie, or play some games to relax ourselves. And when we don’t do the things we have plan. We can cut down our play time.

Above all, everyone have enough time if they know the right ways to manage their time. I hope the advice will give your some help to manage your time.

my friend,your this article is very good ,i believe it's useful and meaningful to most of college student.your thoghts is so clear so ordered,your english writing is good enough to express yourself clesrly. i  benefit from your blog too.surely,to time, anybody should have some thought and put into doing stead of complain only.

last year  company give me a training about time manage.
Time manage is very importance both in daily life and daily work.
Every things we can division urgency and importance.urgency but not importance.importance but not urgency .So when we begin to do some things we can sistingguish the priority order.

Are you doing as what you said? I ever learned time management ,but it is difficult to do ,espically becomes custom.
I believe you will be  a excellent person ,if you are doing this .
