Dear Joan,

I've notice that in this semester,you are making a lot of progress.Congratulation!!!You now can concentrate on stuff  compared to before,i find you did pretty well  on the intercultural communication CLASS ,bussienss negotiation and other courses as well.

You seem to be much more active in class,you did desk reasearch ,finished your assignments,give your paper a lot of thoughts.Taking seriously about your class presenation.And you get really useful review from your teachers as well as Classmates.Way to go!Joan!

Another good thing i find about you is that you learn to care less about different things.You strive your best for what you were doing,tried to be a better student,focus ON  to be yourself and keep it real,didn't thought much about othet's opinions.That is a good change i've see in you.

Bust as a friend, i have to say that you should really keep up with your set plans.Don't be a planer always be a doer!That's the key ingredient to success.I know that you made a lot of plans ON your study and vacation and things of that sorts,but you have to act on it accordingly!Never try to postphone on them,don't become lazy,just as the old chinese saying goes"there is never a woman who's ugly,but a woman who's too lazy to make herslef look good.i guess you dont't wanna be the lazy woman right,then do it rather than plan of it okay?

i should relly tell you this,i know you've been busy lately,but i suggest that you should really spend more time with your friends.They care a lot about you,they always be there for you when you needed them.reach out to your friends okay,they miss you,and i know you miss them too.
