I’m the new hand joining our training school. Compared to other teachers, I haven’t got much experience teaching really young children. The youngest student here are like 4 years old.

I’ve been teaching this three young girls the 3rd time since I work here. I remember the first time went pretty well. But last week it’s all different, one of the girl behave not properly in class, she can’t sit down for some time,she always walking around, worst of all, her easyniess has caought other classmate’s attenttion. It was out of controll. As a routine, the parents were required to come in to enjoy their children’s presentation ( what have beeen taought in class )before class ended. And this part went way out of hand, the children didn’t perform wel. Parent was not satisfied too. Because they sent their baby to learn. I worried about it. I talked to our headmaster, she know that the three girls are not willing to learn type, since I am new here,she’s been really supportive. She told me that changing teacher will more or less effect student’s emotion and she will talk to their parents to make sure that they can doing better later on.

Our headmater has been a teacher for years. This time-the 3rd time when I teach the children, she came into classroom and to make sure that the children are not making too much trouble. But this time the girls are behave much better although sometimes they want to go around to play, but they know when I said no,they should stop doing that. During the break,the headmater ask them :” wow,you are all wonderful, did you listen to the cds  at home? The children were so happy when our headmater sayting they are good.

The compliment workded,they did better the 2nd peroid. I was happy. Then I realize what the headmaster told me before is one hundred percent real,-Teaching is a procces of achiving happniness.If you tried your best and the students are willing to learn, you will be pleased, when kids like you and their parent trust you you will be happy.

The presentation went well too, their parent saw their baby singsing really good. I said to their parents their girl are study hard this time.They said yeah, it’s pretty clear,lols. Then I see the glow of beatitude on their face.

I know what that means, they trusted me and that is a positive assurance of my work. Wheni see it, I washappy.Yes, when i got their recognition, I felt like I’ve done a huge deal. It makes me believe even more that being a teacher is the most worthy thing a person can be.

The glow of beatitude is best encouragment for me.
