Saying goodbye to college life didn’t felt so great, right? Now, you are no longer enjoy days and nights in ivory tower you are embrace the life at a brand new school-the “reality”. Things might be hard when you start of trying something new. Don’t you worry, Okay?

I remember clearly that you told me “college life is a drag, you just wished you could graduate sooner, and how eager you are to get a job to make it on your own.” I keep hearing from you that working in your field requires much responsibility and how difficult is to get along with your superiors when you assunme that they are not being understanding.

I know you are a really good student at school like always. You study hard, although there are some required courses you are not interested in you keep absorbing new knowledges relating to your major all by yourself. You know I like you like that.

As for new working life, make less complaints, ok? I believe you can adjust yourself in the new environment real soon. Just picturing yourself, when you started going to college it didin’t felt so well, I don’t know how much struggle you are went through,but you made it as always! remember? If you didn’t felt so right when your superiors give you too much pressure or how they didin’t care about staff’s feelings at all when they only focus on their top priority-money making. They keep ignoring how much you’ve done, they only listen to their customer’s feedback and they are totally buying it.

But, I remember you work out your college life just fine with some prizes you won in several competitions, you were amazing! So, I am a little confused if you can get through college life then why the hell you can’t make your wokring life. From now on, you should forget about how uncomfortable your efforts to be neglected. I know you need a little conformation and encouragement by your superiors. But no hurry. Just consider yourself as a new student there. And actually, you are! You don’t have much experience in this field. Learning from others is the only way to make the whole thing easier. Their comments might be harsh, but they are hoping the best for you. They raise the standard just because they have igher expectations for you. They trusted you can meet those standards and you can do better, you know?

So have faith in yourself, just keep learning,really! You ARE a student to learn something there. Learning is a life-long progress. Trying to be initiative there. You will never know if you never try. Watching how people aroud you work on it and learn it by your heart. One step at a time. Don’t you hurry. Just believe in yourself and you will fly high!
