From birth to death, this is a life. According to some religions, a person will rebirth after his death. This is a circle. Combined life and its circle, there exists a theory. I once named life circle theory five years ago.

Based on my own experiences, I divide this theory into two parts: horizontal circle theory and vertical circle theory.

Horizontal circle theory is a theory based on individuals. Specifically, a person repeats his own experiences on time axis. For example, sometimes you will find yourself repeating something you once done before. This is a horizontal circle. Here is another example. A person falls into depression and cheers up back to happiness in a period of time, and in the next period, he will repeat this mood changes again, which is also a personal horizontal circle.

Vertical circle theory is a theory based on different people, which means that a person will irregularly repeat what others once done. Take study as an example. Those whose studies are not so good will repeat or imitate the study processes or behaviors of those who are better than them, which are especially shown on the study methods. The vertical circle theory can also be applied into some other fields such as daily life, growing-up process and experiences of working.

It is of great significance to study the life circle theory. The only condition is that a person should have a mind of observation. If this theory is applied well, lots of mistakes or something unnecessary, which once happened on other people, can be avoided.
