Now a buzzword is extremely popular among the young, 裸辞, which means you resign without hesitation before you find another job.
Let me tell you two stories.
In 2003, I worked for a foreign company as sales assistant and secretary. A year later a new boss came to our company, her management style is more than I can endure, by the way, I had a bad relationship with my colleagues, so I pulled myself out from the annoying work by submitting resignation to my boss. At that time, my daughter just entered the primary school, she was not used to the life of the school, so I took her to school every morning, helped her with her lessons, and did housework at home. I didn’t think it was a waste time to take care of my daughter even though I was young. My efforts paid off, my daughter behaved well at school.
I worked in a bump factory in 2005. My boss is a Wenzhou business man. He is illiteracy so that it was difficult for me to report to work with him. Considering that I had nothing to study in this company, so I quitted my job again. I stayed home for a week. I had a good idea to have English class at weekend. I studied hard every day just like returning to school days. What a pity that I failed the examination finally, but I benefited a lot from the special experience.
Work is just a part of life. If you have so much stress at work that you are beginning to hate your job. What you need is to have a through rest and adjust yourself to the surroundings.

- Yes, work is not the whole of life. But when i think of these damn sales task and achievement, it is difficult to build my confidence again. That's really annoying.

- Agree with you! I had same resign experience with you, too, but not for my work, opposite for my husband because he found a better job in other city, actually, i had not any hesitate when i decided to resign, because my family is more important than job in my bottom of heart.
