Occasionally, I lightly glanced at the TV series called struggle which once was rather popular in everyone TV station, being welcomed by lots of fashion chasers, even other aged uncles and aunts. When I watched this opera, those which were full of funny things and words made me throw some big laughter to the actresses and actors. And, I didn’t take any contempt on that opera, either the contents, or the casters. However, when I watched this TV series today, I began to get somewhat angry and extremely disappointed. I just can not understand what the screenplay’s intention is. In my part, the word of struggle is not a verb, but a kind of aggressive spirit to strive for people’s dreams. But the journey to the summit of winning must be not so smooth, but rugged and sludge instead of flowers and applauds. Sometimes I think maybe people who never spotlight their hardships under the public’s eyes are the real heroes of life. In the TV opera, they are all the specially being discussed late 80s young girls and boys. I am not mean on their signs of the indifferent generation. To be honest, I also belong to this typical late 80s group. What made me feel uncomfortable are their attitudes towards life. It’s really difficult for me to figure out their struggles for study, career and living. The guy who was thought the most successful in this opera is only because of some superior conditions, such as a powerful stepfather and a rich parenthood father. Maybe somebody think my words are overstated, even somewhat cynical. So I have some questions here. From the very beginning to the end, I never am told what their dreams are. Only at the last scene of this opera, the guy who has two super fathers told his friend that his meaning of living is to let his girlfriend live a better life. When I heard his words, not shocks I got, but also a deep pity and sorrow. I know the encouraged operas and films are covered the screen from the cinemas to the houses’ TV. However, to our surprises, people get nothing but boredom from those “exciting” works. What’s worse, what we see in those screenings is only an abnormal image of our society. I just want to ask the director that whether all of our young peoples are dwelling in the bars, driving the cars of AUDI?
I dare not say that people took all bad things from this kind of TV series, haha, people like me learned more things from them, at least, I know that is not the real life.
