There are two universities nearby my house, because of this, many people do snack businesses nearby. Those snacks are very popular with students, they sated with food in canteen and always think about delicious snacks, so these snack businesses are very booming. I ,of course, am not exception, everyday I go there for buying a kind of snack. There are all kinds of snacks such as roasting cool noodles, steamed dumpling, wonton, fried rice, chinese hamburger, Liang Pi, and other food I can't call out their names . Although their small businesses are very booming , they are indeed very hard-working. In summer ,they must stand in burning sun and bear the beat and smoke that the utensils give out that they use to make food. sometimes when I buy their food ,I can talk with them for a while about how hard they are ,they always say " we are not well-educated ,only do some small businesses better than working for others. But in winter ,they have a harder time , although they put up something that protects them from wind and cold and they can warm themselves by the heat that the utensils emit ,in very cold day ,they also need to walk around so frequently that their feet cannot be frozen. once I went to buy Liang Pi ,I asked one person that " Winter came , is your business OK ." she said :" It is much more worse than it is in summer." "but I must keep this place ,if I am not here in winter , next year perhaps this place is not mine." added she. Moreover they are often driven away by people from Industrial and Commercial Bureau. But in order to make a living ,they have to persevere with their businesses.

- Earning a living is not easy for people who are not well-edcated or skilled. For now , those persons who have their hands full is kind of lucky , at least better than others who are still between jobs.The competition is more tough than ten years ago, under great pressure from hunting job are graduates from colleges and universitys, much more other stratifications.
