i can understand what you mean, i have the same encounter like you meet. not every foreigner is a good teather for you,sometimes he/she doesn't  understand you and so do you.it's very awkward~~

I am an English teacher in Middle school. in my opinion, you should improve listening , and then try to recite some articles and daily sentences. i don't agree that the foreigners don't have patience. if you have chance to talk with native speakers , it will be much more helpfu,i think.

i'm sure i can help u, kinda good at oral english...haha .
but i'm not in shanghai...so pity.
i've a good suggestion, u can go to some clubs if u have time. some of them are always full of pretty and sexy english speakers. u can buy her a drink and talk to her. quite easy, ha...

may be i can give u a suggestion : u can try to read as much as possible when u are not busy , this will help u a lot , but a problem is that u are a merchant , so finding enough time to read seems difficult , so ……  But , Good luck

You can try to read any english passage as louder as you can at any appropriate time when you free. That can improve you confidence. No matter how slow you speak, make sure each word you pronounced is correct. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO A WILLING HEART.
