You can say that again. since the maturity has a lot to do with the responsibility, i suppose, most people under 18 have no sense of answering for what they do, and maybe that also helps account for why many tragdies happened in the old times. another thing i think as important element is that he who is under age should try to grab knowledge as much as possible, cause knowledge is power and the young should belong to those who are learnt. in short, people under 18 even 20 are too young to manage marriage.
