what is '' white breads" in english ?

I find in "有道桌面词典", it can be translated into "白面包" or "吐司面包". It can also mean some plain without much skill.

"White bread" can sometimes mean someone or something that is bland, ordinary, boring and unexciting.  But if you are talking about food and eating healthy, then the term "white bread" probably refers to actual white bread.  White bread is different from whole wheat bread in several ways.  Obviously it is different in color, but white bread also lacks many natural nutrients that were removed in the bread making process.  If you have the choice, it is always better to buy products made from whole wheat flour, rather than from wheat flour or "enriched wheat flour."
