How to practice listening english?

I usualy listen to the english when i have time ,but my listening english is poor ,it seems to help little.
what must i do now to improve my listening english.

I think you can listen english radio at anytime at anywhere. Dioenglish has many english radios, you can listen to it . Keep doing, you'll make a big progress in your Listening english.

If you really feel there is little progress, maybe your vacabulary is limited, which is a barrier to your full understanding.

think of you as a bebe, practice listening from fundalments, you shall listen to romantic poet, slower speed type more often, as to NEWS, again and again, under no circusmtance.
