WHAT SHOULD DO IF YOU'RE IN TRIANGLE RELATION?

Hi, freinds,
Have you been the triangle relation? How is your feeling? What did you do that time?
It seems I am in the triangle now. Not quite sure. I just know he talked with another girl many times but less talk with me even thought I showed up all time or I tried to find some topic to talk with him.
Could any one give me some advise? Or, tell me what should I do for keeping the relation?

- just like driving car,u know sometimes, it needs the spare wheels. maybe in his eyes u are only a spare spare wheel.why not dump him and find another one?

Thanks your advises. I've taken a time to talk with him. 
He just was in the truble and not want me to worry about him so much. He talked with others girls just for letting me know he is fine as usual but he did not know it is not good way for our communication.
