Quitting Job
Two of my best friends are planning to quit their jobs and the reason seems the same_ Salary cannot meet their expectation after alomst two year's of hard work. We are working under the same roof but in different department, while salary varies from one by one.
The friend in Project department is paid 3500RMB each month, while she unintentionally found her direct project engineer got 16,000RMB last month, I also cannot believe it. Why their salarys vary hugely like that. What's wrong with it?

- Staff are paid according to their specialization and contribution to the company. A project engineer is a professional position, so she should be paid accordingly. That is why university students break their brains in selecting a suitable major. Perhaps I am not familiar with the setup in your company. Salary is normally determined by demand and supply.

- As far as I know , if you want to be a project engineer , you have at least five years' experience of this field . So it is very hard for people can get this position .undoubtedly the salary is very high...
