Molybdenum copper events happened in Si Chuang province on July 2cd,2012. I was shoked when many nagative reports uploaded on the Internet. Local people including students in Shifang(什邡) held a demonstration to prevent it from polluting enviornment, the suppression from police enraged the lacal people and our nations.

- Heard of the event, I was shocked too and thought of other similar accidence.This event reflects at least two main problems existing in our country for a long time.
the first is the polluted environment with the recently increasing economic development. How to balance the economic development and the environment pollution is still one of the core problems in our nation. To solve the problem needs multiple efforts including government, enterprises and ordinary people, and the key solution, in my view, is the advance of science and technology.
The other problem reflected in the event is the livelihood problem(民生问题) that includes the problems about democracy and goverment management, etc.How to accelerate the speed of delegating powers to people is still a puzzling problem.
