"My Iphone is stolen just now!" My BF came out the first words when he saw me, I thought it was a joking coz he seems calm enough to put down his unbrella and bag, but I soon realised it's not that simple when I found he opened his computer fast and borrowed my phone to make some calls.
It's raining heavily yesterday afternoon and it's rush-hour time after work. "The Iphone was kept in the usual position as usual, but the rain was really heavy and it just happened in a minute" he said to me when he was typing to search something about security ways. Lots of important information including daily contacts information, personal information, work related materials, kinds of. all gone!
I proposed to call the police but he refused it immediately, "It will take many hours to record the whole process of what happened, and it would cost lots of money to ask them to investigate. Instead of do such kind of stuff, I prefer to spend time to figure out some ways to get my card back and do some remote control(远程)" It seemed have sense of reason in China, so I kept cooking.
It reminds me of the Japanese guy, who was taking a round-the-world tour by bike and his beloved bike was stollen when he stopped by Wu Han provice in China, the stollen bike was startled numerical police in Wu Han and took them three days to get back the stollen bike. I became wondering how many bicycles was stollen per day in China and how many of those lost get back their own bike?
Perhaps the best way to protect things from being stollen is to avoid being stollen.
