中考前饮食注意事项及禁忌
中考前很多考生都会出现紧张吃不下去饭的情况，导致营养不均衡，影响考试的状态。为此巨人学校的老师建议同学们在考前这段时间一定要注意饮食。重视早餐不仅要每天吃早餐，而且还要吃好早餐。早餐吃不好，会影响上午的学习效率。考试期间，吃好早餐，是保证成绩高水平发挥的物质基础。每天吃新鲜蔬菜和水果蔬菜水果中含有丰富的维生素C和膳食纤维，维生素C既可促进铁在体内的吸收，更重要的一点，它还可增加脑组织对氧的利用。另外，这类食物还可帮助消化，增加食欲，尤其在炎热的夏天，本来食欲就低，加之复习考试紧张，就更不想吃东西了。吃一点新鲜水果可以开胃。开“夜车”时加“夜宵”由于学习紧张、时间紧迫，孩子难免要开“夜车”。在为孩子准备夜宵时，要做一些易于消化、清淡的食物，如粥、肉丝面条、蛋花汤、馄饨等。不可过分迷信“健脑品”家长切记：除了平常刻苦学习和积累，没有短时间提高智力和学习成绩的“灵丹妙药”。中考冲刺阶段营养一定要均衡，营养是体力劳动和脑力劳动的物质基础。另外家长也要做好后勤工作，安排好孩子的饮食营养。
