Nowadays many of us try to live in a way that will damage the environment as little as possible. We recycle our newspapers and bottles; we take public transport to get to work; and we try to buy locally produced fruit and vegetables. And we want to take these attitudes on holiday with us. This is why alternative forms of tourism are becoming popular in the world. There are lots of names for these new forms of tourism： responsible tourism， nature tourism， adventure tourism， educational tourism and more.Although everyone may have a different definition， most people agree that these new forms of tourism should do the following： first， they should conserve the wildlife and culture of the area; second， they should benefit the local people; third， they should make a profit without destroying natural resources; and finally they should provide an experience that tourists want to pay for.
现在我们中的许多人尝试生活的一个尽可能少地被破坏的环境中。我们回收报纸和瓶子,我们乘坐公共交通去上班,我们尽量购买当地生产的水果和蔬菜。我们想把这些态度投入到我们的度假。这就是为什么替代形式的旅游在世界上越来越受欢迎。有很多被命名为这些新形式的旅游：有责任旅游、自然旅游、探险旅游、教育旅游等等。虽然每个人都有不同的定义,大多数人认为这些新形式的旅游应该做到以下几点:首先,他们应该保护该地区的野生动物和文化;第二,他们应该造福当地人民;第三,他们可以赚钱,但是不破坏自然资源,最后他们应该提供一个游客想支付的体验。
