For a start,compared with sheer money, the satisfaction and pleasure one derives from得自,由来 his or her work are much more fulfilling and long lasting. Almost every kind of job can provide people with money to sustain维持 their daily lives, that is, to meet their physical needs. However, only a few careers can supply people with a sense of satisfaction and satiate their psychological demands. It is this very sense of gratification满意, not the money, that makes people feel confident, happy and optimistic. To lead a quality life, a person should attach more emphasis to job satisfaction than the salary of the job brings.
At the same time, focusing too much on the salary will jeopardize危害 a person's career prospects. Lastly,a high salary leads only to the gratification of one's personal needs, while being useful to society coincides with与...相符 the public interests.If a person regards contributing to the common good as the most important feature of a job,that person will make the utmost efforts to provide the best service for society,benefiting both the public and the individual.
Therefore, from the above analysis we can conclude that although a high salary is a very important feature of an appealing job,job satisfaction is of far more significance for an employee.
