Ms. Chen will be visiting New York to study the feasibility of starting a new business in the U.S. and wishes to call on you for advice and information upon her arrival in New York on or around April 1.
I shall be most grateful to you for whatever assistance you may be able to give her when she calls on you. May I also add that she is a very likeable and interesting person, with an excellent command of English. So I'm sure you will enjoy meeting her.
