Well,thanks,and let me welcome everybody to this fifth CEO summit that we've done

It's our pleasure to have a chance to host you today

We do this session as an opportunity for all of us to share feedback,

to brainstorm,to prompt some ideasand hopefully leave you with some thoughts that are useful
