A father was at the beach with his children when the four-year-old son ran up to him, grabbed his hand, and led him to the shore, where a seagull lay dead in the sand.
"Daddy, what happened to him?" the son asked.
"He died and went to Heaven," the dad replied.
The boy thought a moment and then said, "Did Heaven throw him back down?"
一位父亲领着孩子们在海边玩时，四岁的儿子跑过来，抓住他的手，拉他到海滩，那儿有只死海鸥躺在沙地上。
“爸爸，它怎么回事？”儿子问。
“它死了，上天堂了。”爸爸说。
男孩想了会儿又说：“是天堂把它给扔回到地上的吗？”
