One day a doctor went to a store and bought a pair of shoes. Before he left
the shoes counter, he asked the salesgirl: " How long will this pair of shoes
last?"
"It depends. If you don't use it, the shoes will never wear out."
Several days later the salesgirl fell ill and went to a hospital. And the
happened to be the customer she served. After the girl got the prescription
from the doctor, she asked: "How soon will I get better with the medicine?"
"It depends. " The doctor answered, "If you don't use it, you will never get
better.
一位医生有天到一家店里买了双鞋，打卖鞋柜台临走前，他问销售小姐：“这鞋能用多久
？”
“这得看了，要你不穿它，这鞋总也坏不了。”
过了几天，那销售小姐病了，就上医院，而医生恰好是她接待过的那位顾客。小姐从医
生那儿接过药方后，问：“有了这药我多久能好？”
“这得看了，”医生回答，“要你不吃它，总也好不了。”
