Martina Hill wuchs in Berlin auf und absolvierte dort ihre Schauspielausbildung am Theaterstudio Berlin, wo sie in mehreren Theaterstücken mitspielte.
Martina Hill在柏林长大。于柏林的一家戏剧工作室学习表演，参加过许多戏剧演出。
Bereits seit 1998 ist sie als Hörfunksprecherin u. a. bei den Berliner Sendern Radio Eins und Radio Hundert,6 tätig. Von 2003 an war Hill auch in verschiedenen Fernsehproduktionen zu sehen, u. a. als Testimonial in der Fernsehwerbung von Leerdammer.
1998年开始，Martina Hill 就在柏林广播Radio Eins和Radio Hundert作播音员。自2003年，Hill开始出现在各类的电视作品中。还为Leerdammer做过广告。
Einem breiten Publikum wurde Hill als Darstellerin in der ProSieben-Comedy-Serie Switch reloaded bekannt, in der sie Heidi Klum, Angela Merkel, Bill Kaulitz, Daniela Katzenberger, Lena und weitere Personen parodierte.
在电视节目《Switch reloaded》中对Heidi Klum(音译海蒂·克鲁姆)，Angela Merkel(安格拉·默克尔)等名人的出色模仿表演让Hill拥有了大批粉丝。
